About Sam

My name is Sam and I'm 23. I love working with children and have spent the last five months working with kids age 3-5. I was a camp counselor and have most recently been working as a preschool teacher assistant. It essentially feels like babysitting 16 children at once. Connecting with kids comes quite easily to me, and I'm proving to be very popular amongst the young ones. Unfortunately, due to medical reasons, I'm temporarily restricted from driving to Stowe. I'm looking for jobs that are accessible by public transportation in Burlington, and babysitting is a great opportunity to continue working with kids and simultaneously support the community. I have a bachelors degree in biology and am passionate about environmental science and nature. My favorite hobbies include playing piano and guitar, creative writing, playing games, reading, and spending time outdoors. I especially love reading out loud to kids. I am very responsible and eager to assist Burlington families.
