I've been caring for children for the majority of my life, I absolutely love their energy and the wonderful things they teach us. I come from a big family, I have quite a bit of personal experience with children in the age range of 8 weeks - 12 years and I have handled up to three children at once comfortably. The last two families I worked for had an infant child at 8 weeks and a 3-year-old, and a family with a ASD young adult. In college I took three quarters of American Sign Language and through personal experience am well versed in communicating and caring for children with developmental delays and special needs.
