I hold a bachelor of art degree from the university of Colorado at Denver. I spent over 25 years in the certified public accounting profession. My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, and I strive to be both friendly and professional. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and redirecting attention when needed. I understand the importance of clear communication, so I provide regular updates via text or phone call, always following the family's preferred method.
