Hi Tyler families! My name is Sam, and I'm a compassionate, dependable caregiver with 16 months of paid experience in both memory-care facilities and private homes (Texas & South Dakota). I specialize in dementia & Alzheimer's care, companionship, grocery shopping/errands, meal prep, light housekeeping, med reminders, and personal care, including bathing and cleaning after the restroom. I'm calm and patient when confusion or behaviors pop up, I keep everyone in the loop with quick texts or notes, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with my clients - we laugh, reminisce, and make their day brighter. I also get to learn a thing or two as well! Currently a UT Tyler History major (Spring 2025) with a very reliable part-time schedule.
