It is hard to put into words just how grateful we are for the more than five years Sam has been with our family. She has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment she walked into our home, Sam cared for our two children with a level of love, patience, and dedication that went far beyond what we ever could have imagined. Sam helped raise our children into the amazing, confident, kind, and curious little people they are today. She wasn’t just a caregiver she became an essential part of our family. She guided us through every stage of parenthood, always making sure not only our children were okay, but that we were okay as parents, too. Her skills are unmatched. Sam handled everything from homemade meals (our kids eat everything thanks to her!), breastfeeding support, nap training, nap schedules, school routines, developmental milestones, and even doctor’s appointments. She stayed on top of every detail with calmness and expertise. Our home ran smoothly because of her, and parenting felt less overwhelming knowing she was right there supporting us. She is nurturing, dependable, organized, trustworthy, and genuinely loving. She gave our children her whole heart, and they absolutely adore her. Sam was truly an extra set of hands and often an extra brain in parenting. If we could keep her forever, we absolutely would. Any family lucky enough to hire Sam next will be just as delighted as we were. Letting her go is one of the hardest parts of this new chapter for us. She is a rare gem, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
