About Sam

Hi everyone! My name is Sam, and I'm dedicated and experienced caregiver with true passion for working with children. I was born and raised on Nantucket and graduated from Nantucket High School. I am entering my junior year of college at the University Of Maine in Orono. For the past 4 years, I've provided childcare for children ranging from newborns to age 11, and I've also spent three wonderful years working at the Nantucket Boys & Girls Club. Nurturing children comes naturally to me, and I take pride in creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at once and have experience enforcing household rules respectfully and effectively. Whether it's playing outdoor games, swimming in the pool, or getting creative with crafts and board games, I love engaging with kids in ways that make them feel seen, supported, and happy!
