I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Healthcare Administration and have hands-on experience as a Behavior Therapist working with children diagnosed with Autism, ranging from ages 2 to 19. This role has deepened my understanding of individualized care, patience, and the importance of building trust with both children and their families.
