About Samara

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion. I have over three years of experience working with children of all ages through summer camp, from toddlers to teenagers, including children with special needs. I am currently studying Kinesiology at Norfolk State University and am also a big sister to four siblings, so caring for children has always been a meaningful part of my life. I'm patient, calm, responsible, and creative, and I love keeping kids active and engaged through sports, outdoor activities, games, puzzles, and educational activities. Having played sports throughout high school, I enjoy encouraging kids to stay active while having fun. I am CPR and First Aid certified and can also assist with meals, carpooling, and light housekeeping. My weekday availability may vary depending on my class schedule, but I'm flexible and happy to communicate my availability each week. I look forward to creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for your family!
