About Samantha

Hi!! My name is Samantha, i'm 19. I'm currently home for summer. I attend GVSU and am going into my junior year. Making a positive impact on children's lives is my goal as a caregiver. I have five years of experience caring for children aged newborn to older teens. I enjoy supporting families by providing reliable care. My passion for working with kids extends to my career aspirations in pediatric occupational therapy. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. Along with volunteering weekly in a special needs ministry. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, usually verbally at pickup. Enforcing household rules is something I am very comfortable with. I have a car, and I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I enjoy playing all kinds of games, indoor and outdoor with children. I also have some college education, and I am CPR and First Aid trained. Seeing children grow and learn brings me joy.
