My college education and past work experiences provides me with a solid foundation for understanding individual needs. I am patient, empathetic, and friendly, always striving to earn your trust and respect your independence. I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also experienced in dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I'm also skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I have current CPR and First Aid certifications. Knowing I can offer peace of mind to families while enriching the lives of their loved ones is what I find most rewarding.
