About Samantha

My name is Samantha, and I'm 26 years old. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work. In high school, I completed an Early Childhood Education program and earned my teaching certification for infants/toddlers and preschool. Since then, I've worked as a gymnastics coach, a floater teacher, and later a lead preschool teacher. During the pandemic, I transitioned into nannying for several years, caring for children ranging from three months to 8 years old. Currently, I work as a residential counselor in an inpatient program serving 8-12-year-olds with complex trauma histories and mental health challenges, where I also recently completed my internship. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have a clean driving record, and am fully comfortable transporting children. Now that I've completed my internship, I'm hoping to transition into a more consistent weekly schedule as I focus on finishing my degree.
