Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. For the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. My experience includes respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR Training, I'm equipped to handle changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and manage confusion or agitation with patience and empathy. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I also communicate with families through daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred communication method.
