About Samantha

My experience in childcare starts in 2009, I was sophomore in high school and began Early Childhood Education courses through the Elmore County Technical Center. During this time I was a volunteer for Wetumpka Child Development program. I completed two years of ECE courses and immediately after I was offered a position at the center. This center is through the Board of Education. I graduated from Elmore County High School in 2012 with honors and an Early Childhood Education Endorsement on my diploma. I worked for WCDP from 2011-2015. I was offered a full-time position at Sesame Street Clubhouse in 2015 and worked for them for three and a half years until I decided to become a full-time nanny. I completed two years of my college degree at AUM, but then transferred to Ashford University to finish the remainder of my credits so I could continue working full time. I graduated with my BA in 2020. My long term goal is to open my own daycare center.
