She is dependable but also flexible with our schedules, which is a huge bonus for people looking to hire someone for a recurring job. She is incredibly respectful of our preferences and "rules" for his care but she is also extremely knowledgeable and passionate about childcare and brings excellent experience and solutions to the table (especially when our guy gets cranky).
