About Samantha

Hi! My name is Samantha, or Sam for short. My primary paid experiences have been caring for children ages 4-10. However, I have experience caring for children of all ages, including having raised 6 children of my own. Now that they're grown, it's been my pleasure assisting young families in helping care for their little ones. I'm currently up to date in CPR/FirstAid/AED training, and hold a level one PDL with CECPD (Center for Early Childhood Professional Development). My specialty is crafts, but I also love being in nature, playing board games, reading, and more. I'm comfortable with pets, and open to light housework. I'd describe my personality as creative, caring, and dependable. I like working with kids because I appreciate their curiosity and creativity. I enjoy offering them opportunities to explore their interests. I'm looking for a family who appreciates creativity and self expression in their children. It's my privilege to foster each child's individual needs.
