About Samantha

I am EEC certified with infants and toddlers. To get this certification, I took an Early Child Education course for three years in high school. Through out the course I interned in three daycare centers to get hands-on experience. I have 11 years of experience being a nanny. My previous position as a nanny was with a family of 4 children. I was with them for 5 years. When I started he position there was only 2 children. I was able to be there as their family grew. It was amazing to be a part of that. I sadly had to end my time with them because I had a child of my own. Being a mother has taught me so much more about children. All the stages of development they go through. I currently have to young boys ages 5 and 2. My 5-year-old is currently in preschool and my 2-year-old is home with me occasionally he stays at a babysitter for me to run errands. But I would love to find a Position with a child similar in age that way I can bring him with me sometimes and the children can play.
