About Samantha

I am a Special Education and Preschool Instructional Assistant serving the local public school system. I have several years working with autism, behavior and developmental delays and am looking to help one single family in the upcoming school year with virtual learning. Before working in special education, I was a musical theatre performer. I have performed in New York City in several productions as well as across the country, and have years of camp counseling experience and lots of educational experience. I love to play games and most of all play with the imagination. Having a past in theater, there is nothing I love more than creating art with young people and having fun while making it an educational and artistic experience. I love to make learning fun for young kids and find educational lessons in even the simplest of daily tasks. I also LOVE celebrating any accomplishments. No matter the size - a win is a win!
