Since high school, I have been caring for children. I spent several years volunteering at a yearly daycare opportunity through my school as well as volunteering at a Vacation Bible School. I have also taken some classes on child care and development, including training in SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). I have worked at a daycare (primarily with infants through 3 years old). I spent several years teaching middle and high schoolers, but am now nsnnying. Since becoming a nanny, I have worked with infants, toddlers, and a child with special needs. I believe that every child is unique and wonderful, and should be treated that way.

We were so fortunate to have Sam as our nanny, starting when our son was just 3 months old. From day one, she was incredibly kind, calm, and caring. She tuned in so well to his needs—whether he was hungry, tired, or just needed some comfort. It was clear that he felt safe and bonded with her, which meant the world to us. We only stopped working with Sam because a daycare spot opened up, but we absolutely hope to have her babysit our son in the future.
