Hi! I'm Sam and I am looking for a full time/close to FT childcare position. About me: I'm a single mom, hoping to provide care in my home or at someone else's home while having my 18-month-old son with me. Our hobbies include playing outside, gardening & playing with our pets. I recently returned to the Salisbury area after 14 years. I'm born and raised here and have returned to be near family. We are happy to be back! I've been a stay at home mom and had never planned to send my son to daycare. I've struggled finding available childcare here on the shore so I figured I would offer care instead. Most recently, I was working on my PhD in Higher Education from WVU, however, I took a break once I had my son. I have a Master's Degree in Youth & Family Science and a Bachelor's of Science in Child Development. I was a PreK teacher for 3 yrs and a private preschool director for 2+ yrs. I am happy to provide references & am open to conversations about pay. I look forward to hearing from you!
