About Samantha

I am an educator that is driven by my passion for learning and commitment to fostering a love of learning in my students. I am looking for opportunities outside of the public school space. Ideally looking to work with a homeschool family (or group of families) to provide enrichment opportunities. This could be leading a group in Invention Convention projects, science experiments, nature studies, hikes/nature walks, or unstructured group outdoor play. S. in Atmospheric Science from UNCA. -NC teaching license in K-6 General Education and 6-9 Science -Classroom experience teaching 5th grade all subjects and academically gifted enrichment pull-out classes -FIRST Lego League Robotics coach -Invention Convention coach - U. S. and Germany summer camp leader - Forest School training (in process)
