About Samantha

Hello I'm Samantha! I'm 27 years old, born and raised in Merced. I have over 10 years experience for caring for children of all ages. I first started in freshman year of high school with babysitting for family members and family friends. I then started volunteering at a local church's childcare. I volunteered for 2 years before applying and working for them for another 2 years. After highschool I moved to San Diego for a bit and met a family off Care. com out there with two young girls as my first nannying job. I went on to work in Special Education as a teacher's assistant for grades 3rd-5th. My most previous role was at a Children's Museum, where I managed and put on projects/programs for the littles to enjoy! My goals for the future include a career in Pediatric Occupational Therapy :) Currently I babysit part-time for a family to get date nights but I am interested in a more permanent to full time position. Still available for the occasional weekend or date night babysitter!
