Hi, I'm Sam! I'm 31 and originally from Atlanta, GA, where I spent much of my high school years babysitting. During the summers, I worked as a sleepaway camp counselor in North Carolina, caring for children ages 6-13. I earned my bachelor's degree from FAU, where I also continued babysitting and nannying for local families (2mo-10y) I hold a master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy and spent the past four years working in an elementary school within JSD. It's safe to say I genuinely love being around children and helping them grow. This year, I'm taking a break from the school setting to join my husband in his travel-based work. While I'm home, I'd love to continue doing something meaningful- and caring for children is exactly that for me. I'm currently looking for occasional babysitting opportunities, such as date nights, or to help with personal errands and daytime assistance as needed. I'd love to connect with a family looking for someone dependable, caring, and flexible!

Samantha is the BEST babysitter we’ve ever used. Her experience is unmatched — from growing up as a camp counselor, nannying all throughout school and then ultimately becoming a speech pathologist, where she works with elementary aged students — you can’t beat her level of expertise. I not only trust her with my kids but I also know that when I’m leaving them with her, they are having fun and learning new skills and coping mechanisms (which is especially helpful with my 2 year old!!). I highly recommend Samantha to help you with any aged kids! And she loves dogs too, which is a huge bonus for us!
