I am a passionate and experienced educator and special needs caregiver with a strong background supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs. I hold a Master's degree in Education and a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential, and I have served as a lead elementary school teacher for two years, following three years as a substitute teacher across multiple grade levels. In the classroom, I have extensive experience supporting students with IEPs and special needs, collaborating with support teams, differentiating instruction, and creating inclusive, structured environments where all students can succeed. In addition to my teaching background, I bring four years of paid experience as a special needs caregiver, working with both children and adults with a variety of needs, including autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy.
