About Samantha

Hi! I'm a biologist with a passion for learning and helping others build confidence in school. While I haven't formally tutored K-12 students, I have experience helping college-aged students understand challenging concepts, and I enjoy finding different ways to explain material until it clicks. I'm happy to help with homework, study skills, organization, and subjects like biology, general science, statistics, reading comprehension, writing and study skills. My goal isn't just to get students to the right answer-it's to help them understand the "why" behind it so they can feel more confident in the classroom. I'm patient, encouraging, and believe every student learns differently. I'd love to help your child build skills while making learning a little less stressful.
