She said she is has work as a nanny she responded to my job saying she was a nanny and it was misleading. I quickly learn that she had no experience and she couldn’t put a diaper the right now she is asking me for a full 4 hrs payment I’m willing to pay for her gas but nothing more . After does hrs she send me a text and told me that she was not ok with the hrs and that she could work 39+ hrs and that is what I was very clear on my job description.
