Hello! I have been in the child care industry for 7 years. I have experience both in group care and home care settings. I have an early Childhood Development Associate's accreditation (CDA). I am CPR certified and have First Aid training. I am comfortable working with all children, but have the most experience working with children ages: birth-6. I have a driver's license and my own car. I believe my job is important because children require care and attention from people who will encourage them to safely explore the world around them as well as try and understand how they fit into it. Children need guidance and to be looked over but they also need space to be allowed to fall down, make mistakes so they can learn how to get back up. I am a firm believer in communication.
