Hi there! I'm Sam and I've been babysitting for 14 years in both personal and professional settings. I have a passion for working with kids and I'm making a career out of it! I'm a fall 2019 graduate of Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi with a Bachelor's degree and teaching certification in Theater Education. I'm currently a fifth year Theatre Arts teacher and I'm looking to pick up occasional babysitting jobs during holiday breaks and weekends when I'm available. We have had Samantha for 2 and a half weeks this summer and we are so happy we brought her in to care for our littles in June and July. She is flexible and works well with both my children. She is patient with my youngest who struggles with ADHD and impulse control. She is helpful to me as well, often doing the dishes, helping to keep the house clean as well as switching over the laundry. She is always willing to come up with new ideas to help make our day go smoother. Thanks Samantha!

Samantha has helped us tremendously. She goes above and beyond for our littles and they absolutely love having her around. She goes the extra mile, helping with extra tasks, and keeping our kiddos entertained. 

Sam was wonderful with my 2 year old son. She babysat for a date-night type evening and arrived on time. She read my son books and played with him before completing his bedtime routine and putting him to bed. Sometimes my son can be shy, but he warmed up quickly and was happy to spend time with Sam. I would absolutely recommend Sam.

Sam is a fantastic babysitter. She is reliable, punctual, and creative. My kids keep asking when she can come back to play.

Samantha was the nanny for our two children for the summer. One of our children is diabetic, and she was able to manage her diabetes wonderfully. She kept the kids busy and minimized TV time. She also worked with our son on academic school tasks to keep him sharp over the summer. Samantha was always punctual and always picked up after the kids. We all loved having Miss Samantha for our summer nanny. We highly recommend Samantha!

Samantha watched our two kids for us for a few hours the other night and we were very happy with her! Our kids had fun, were well taken care of and when it came time for her to leave, our little girl wanted to go with her. We will for sure be using her again for future needs!

Sam is AMAZING!! We have hired her for the summer to help out with our 3 kids (ages 4, 8 and 10). She always asks if she can help out around the house, encourages the kids to get their chores done, helps with the online school work. My 4 year old loves her so much that she cries when she leaves in the afternoons. I had read her other reviews before hiring her and everyone praised her for being interactive with the kids and it's true! She's not one to put a phone in front of them and ignore them. She actually takes the time to get to know them, their likes and dislikes. We are so blessed to have her!!

Samantha was very friendly, sweet, punctual, and my 2-year-old had a blast with him. This is the first time leaving my baby with someone who wasn't a close friend or family member so I was a little nervous, but I totally would trust Samantha with my kiddo again!

Samatha is amazing with my three year old! I would recommend her to anyone with children. She's sweet and doesn't mind getting down on their level to play and have fun.

Sam was great with our 4 year-old son! She played with him and his trains and managed to get him to take a nap as well. We felt very comfortable leaving him in her care and will certainly use her in the future!

Samantha came through for us last minute and my boys really loved her! My youngest immediately felt comfortable with her and we didn't have to witness a crying tantrum like we typically do. I would highly recommend her to any family needing child care.

Samantha was great with my kiddos! They ha fun with her and she texted to check in while she was with them. Hoping she's available next time we need a sitter!

My daughter enjoyed Samantha so much! She woke up the next day asking for me to take another night out so Samantha could come over! Recommended her to all the moms on the street!

Samantha went above and beyond in taking care of our 7 month old daughter and we will definitely hire her again if we are vacationing in Port A!

I feel so fortunate that I found Sam to watch my kiddos!  She is extremely reliable, flexible, always on time, kind, picks up after meals and games, and FUN!  My kids absolutely LOVE it when Sam comes over.  Sam is not the type of babysitter that puts the kids in front of the TV or iPad.  She plays with the kids, reads with them and takes them on walks/bike rides.  I feel so comfortable with Sam that I have asked her to help me drive the kids to some of their activities when we were in a bind!  She is a gem and we love having her as a sitter!

Sam is a very sweet young woman. Everything went perfectly when she watched my boys while we visited Port A for Memorial Day weekend. I would definitely hire her again when we return!

Sam is very reliable and wonderful with my kids! I know that my kids are in great hands when they are in her care.
