About Samantha

My values include unconditional love, personal autonomy and critical thinking. I believe learning does not only take place in the classroom, learning is everywhere, in everything we do. Children crave learning and as adults its our responsibility to give them the safe space and resources to do so without inflicting our personal agenda. To see a child for who they truly are rather than what the world expects of them. To give them the freedom to thrive, not just survive and to have as much fun as possible exploring nature and following their natural curiosities. It truly takes a village, and a library card. I am a mother of 2 (age 8 and 10) which I homeschool. We spend our days learning, doing art and exploring local parks. The family of 3 kids that I have nannied for the past few years is moving so we are looking for a new family that is comfortable with their kiddos joining us in our days of fun.
