About Samantha

Learning comes alive when it's approached with enthusiasm and understanding. With seven years of experience, I'm dedicated to creating a supportive environment where elementary/middle school students can thrive. I adapt my teaching by listening and observing, using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and personal interests. Communication is essential, so I can understand student needs, progress, and expectations. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I have been working on my degree. I have my own vehicle. I am comfortable with pets. I can tutor at your home, a center, library, community center, school, or any placethat feels comfortable for everyone. I can help with Math, English, Science, Spanish/basic japanese, Art, Music & Drama, Dance, Sports & Fitness, and History. I have CPR training and First Aid.
