About Samantha

Hi! My name is Samantha, and I'm a 2nd-year nursing student who is hard-working, compassionate, and trustworthy. I began working with children two years ago while helping care for children, including an infant and 2-year-old, and I now regularly care for 6-year-old twins. Through these opportunities I have been able to build relationships with families. These experiences have shown me the joy and beauty of caring for children. I'm currently looking for a caretaking job since my nursing clinicals have ended and I have more free time as summer approaches. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my dog Max, and going to concerts, including Stagecoach each year. As a nursing student, I provide safe, attentive, and compassionate care in all settings. My top child care skills include strong safety awareness, patience, and engaging children in fun, age-appropriate activities.
