Hello! My name is Sam and I grew up in Florida. I now live in Long Beach! I babysat in high school and have always loved working with children. I attended Florida State University where I received a Bachelors degree in Retail Merchandising and Product Development, with a Minor in Business. After graduating, I found a passion for working with kids. I have experience as an outdoor education teacher, a Reggio Emilia (similar to Montessori) inspired preschool teacher, a behavior technician for kiddos with autism, and one of the kiddos I used to nanny was on the spectrum as well. I also have experience with potty training. I love being able to have outside time and go to parks. I'm also comfortable with walking or driving to activities, if you are open to that! Sam is so thoughtful and caring. She would always go above and beyond sending pictures or updates about my child’s day. She does a great job following a schedule and building routines into the day. Sam and my child would often play outside, go to parks, sing songs, work on letters or days of the week and more. We were very thankful for Sam helping our family.
