I hired Samantha because she came well recommended, and she provided good care for my mother. However, shortly after hire she quit as she felt she needed to get another job in order to obtain health insurance. Understandable, however, I turned down other caregivers to hire her and now am left without a caregiver for my mother. Feel she should have let me know that she was not looking for a long term situation as she only worked a few weeks for us.
