I hired Samantha for a short time to watch my son while I attended work. She was always on time and had the best attitude which lasted a week until she faced some troubles. I am a very understanding person when it comes to personal matters however I'd like to be kept in the loop. Samantha, after informing me that she had some car trouble's did not feel that she had to reply to any of my messages regarding if she would continue to be able to watch my son in the future. For this I've decided to let her go.
