Extremely unprofessional experience. After messaging on Care.com, we spoke on the phone and she confirmed strong interest in the position. We set a specific date and time for an in-person interview, rearranged our schedule, and prepared for her visit. She completely ghosted us: no call, no message, no explanation. If reliability and basic courtesy matter to you, I would strongly reconsider before wasting your time the way she wasted ours.
