I graduated from University of Houston in 2015 with a bachelor's degree. I have experienced with special students. While working at a Middle School for the last 3yrs I had 7 students under my care. I monitored the students all day, they speech impediment and some could not talk or walk freely. On the other hand, the students who could not walk were in wheelchairs using their hands as a navigation method. During instructional time, the students had to change activities every 15 minutes. My role was to guide the students to be as dependable as possible. I have strong references as well, I know when to tell when the baby is hungry or needs a diaper change. I figure it out by writing notes to keep track when was her last meal how many oz. for the baby of 3 months and 2 toddlers about the age of 2 meals, nap time, and getting ready to go for outings. Samanta has been amazing with our baby! Her background as a teacher really shines through - she's always singing, chatting, and reading books, which our little one absolutely loves. What impresses me most is how she can get our fussy baby to sleep when nobody else can (seriously, it's like magic!). She's genuinely sweet and patient, and you can tell she truly cares. Communication is never an issue with Samanta - she's responsive and thoughtful. She even takes initiative around the house, like taking out the trash without being asked. We're so lucky to have found her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any family looking for a wonderful nanny.
