I am a graduate student about to earn my MA in Clinical Psychology, with a strong background in working with individuals with special needs. Before entering grad school, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I implemented Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support skill-building, communication, and emotional regulation. I have experience following behavior plans, collecting data, and adapting interventions to meet individual needs. This work strengthened my patience, consistency, and ability to create a structured, supportive environment. I am compassionate, attentive, and committed to helping individuals build confidence and independence.
