About Sam

Hello, My name is Sam and I have been working in childcare for 11 years now. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and have worked as a nanny, with children ages 6 weeks through 6 years in daycares, and as a tutor in English and history for elementary aged children, as well as running art classes. I love working with children and helping them grow and learn and experience as much of the world as possible through hands on experience as well as through reading and other academic ways of learning. I am under the philosophy that play is just as important as other modes of learning and spending time outdoors is necessary for healthy growth.
