Hi! My name is Salom, and caring for children is truly my passion. What I love most about this work is being able to love on each child and create a warm supportive environment where they feel safe, seen, and valued. I'm a very productive and organized person who knows how to keep things running smoothly, but I also make sure every day includes fun, learning, and care thats tailored to each child's needs. I'm a great listener and strong communicator, which helps me build strong relationships not only with kids, but also with parents. I believe that clear, respectful communication is key to great care. Whether I'm helping with routines, engaging in play time or simply offering comfort and encouragement, I take pride in being someone's child's care giver that they can trust and parents can count on.
