Hi there ! I'm salma. I have just graduated from UIC (University of Illinois - Chicago) with a degree in biology in hopes of becoming a psychiatrist. I am CPR and AED certified. I have been a Nanny for 5 years now. My pet sitter services stems from the childcare I have provided over the years. I started pet sitting for families I provided childcare for when they went out of town for weekend trips or long holiday vacations. Overtime I started getting referred to other families for pet sitting only! The same way I care and love for children as if they were my own is the same way I care for pets. I have a Maltese of my own as well (very spoiled), who is one thousand percent a part of my family. The services I provide are feeding, playtime, walks (long or short), excursions, grooming (baths, nail trimming), staying overnights, boarding, administering medication or even just going to see them to keep them company! Salma did a phenomenal job taking care of our pup Carson. We had her take care of him for about 5 days, and it was clear when we picked him up that he wasn’t happy to be picked up! Salma made sure that Carson didn’t miss us, and took care of all his needs. He was not eating for the first couple of meals that he stayed with Salma, and she wanted to make sure that he didn’t not eat, so she bought some topper that he loved and that made the difference for Carson. He chewed through the harness we dropped off for him and Salma made sure to pick up a harness right away to take him for his regular walks.overall we had an incredible experience with her!
