About Sally

Having spent my career nurturing young students, as a retired educator of at-risk preschoolers and kindergarten aged children with special challenges as stated in their IEPs, I am eager to support the lives of young children and their families. My twenty-five years of experience teaching and supporting young children, along with my graduate education, have prepared me the knowledge and skills to provide creative, enthusiastic, thought provoking and nurturing care for children ages 2-6 years old. I'm also comfortable caring for more than one child at a time, and I'm happy to help with food preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, providing engaging activities and swimming supervision. I value open communication with parent(s) and guardian(s) and follow their preferred form for reporting the details of my time spent with their child/children.
