I wholeheartedly recommend Sally to any family in search of an expert caregiver! Sally is absolutely incredible! When I was going back to work after having my first baby, I was a little nervous about leaving my daughter with someone else. That was before I met Sally! Just after one day, I could tell that Sally was an amazing person and nanny. I felt extremely confident leaving my daughter in her care and she made the transition back to work so much easier. Sally is reliable, responsible, communicative, and collaborative. She is extremely knowledgeable about child development and all the different stages and ages. In addition, she is warm, loving, and nurturing! My daughter truly loves her and lights up when she sees her in the morning! She is always talking, singing, and/or teaching as she goes throughout the day. She is very attentive and active with my daughter, often taking her on walks, to the library, to the playground, and on other little trips and activities. She finds the perfect balance with following any schedule/guidelines we have, but also knowing how and when to make changes to be responsive to our daughter and what she needs in the moment. She is great at communicating and working together to find what’s best for my daughter. I really value having her as a resource and sounding board as I navigate being a new mom! She is skilled in many areas and goes above and beyond in many ways! Sally has become part of our family and we are incredibly grateful for her!
