Sally was our nanny when our child was 2-3 years old. He was part of a 2-child nannyshare. She did a really good job of keeping them entertained and well cared for throughout the day with outdoor time, arts and crafts, and fun activities with toys and books she would bring in addition to the supplies we had at our home. She kept us updated with notes, photos and videos, which was helpful to know how things were going each day. She was on time for work and for the few occasions when she did have to miss time or requested her time off, she would let us know as far in advance as possible. Our son has moved on to preschool, but we still have Sally back when she's available for days off from school. Sometimes our son still asks us if he can have a "nannyshare day."
