I am a warm, outgoing and compassionate caregiver who believes caring for someone is about more than meeting their physical needs. It is about making them feel safe, valued, respected and loved. I began caregiving while caring for my former mother-in-law. Since then, many families have told me there is something special about the way I care for and connect with their loved ones. That means everything to me. I have extensive experience with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke patients and hospice, with end-of-life care holding a very special place in my heart. I understand that during difficult times, I am not only caring for my client, but supporting their family as well. I'm looking for a family where I can form a genuine connection. I will care for your loved one with the same patience, dignity, tenderness and attention I would want for someone in my own family. In my free time, I enjoy my four adult children, cooking, reading, the outdoors and needlework. .
