Hi! I have many years of experience with children in many aspects. I was a swim instructor for two years, have been babysitting/nannying for over four years, and have also worked in a school as a paraprofessional. I have worked with children of all ages and have babysat up to 4 children at a time. I understand the importance of open communication and I'm very comfortable following household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care.
