I would not recommend this caregiver. After accepting the position to provide infant care, she stopped responding to both texts and phone calls and ultimately did not show up on the scheduled day of service. There was no communication or explanation for the absence. When caring for an infant, reliability, communication, and professionalism are extremely important. A last-minute no-show without any notice is unacceptable and left us scrambling to make other arrangements. I would not hire this caregiver again.
