About Sahini

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, Art, and Test Preparation for elementary and middle school students, while also providing support for students with special education needs. I have experience working in special education within a clinical setting and an academic environment incorporating behavioral therapy strategies. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, which has strengthened my understanding of child development, learning, and individualized support. I believe every student succeeds when given personalized attention. By identifying their strengths and areas for growth, I adapt my approach through hands-on activities, discussions, practice, and interactive strategies. Creating a supportive environment that builds confidence and encourages growth is my goal.
