About Sahida

Hello! My name is Sahida, and I am a recent graduate of Towson University, where I majored in Family Studies. Before switching to Family Studies, I was an Education major, which helped strengthen my passion for supporting children and families. I am deeply interested in promoting healthy family dynamics and plan to pursue a career as a family counselor. I have several years of experience working with children through my internships at Towson. For example, I gained hands-on experience on a children's farm and also completed many hours in a pre-K classroom. Coming from a big family with five siblings, I've learned patience, adaptability, and how to manage a variety of situations with ease. In addition, I am fully vaccinated and would describe myself as resourceful, responsible, and dependable. I currently work as a hairstylist, which gives me full flexibility with my schedule.
