Hi There! My name is Safia and I've nannied off and on for the past 10+ years. I've worked with many different families and most recently have wanted to work with special needs and seniors. I have worked with adults (ages 18+) with developmental disabilities and helped with activities of daily living. I think my strengths are the ability to handle stress, maintain calm, and also the ability to keep things light and playful. My son had a speech delay which he overcame with the help of wonderful therapists. I was able to see first hand how kids can blossom given the right support. I'm currently working on my RBT training.
