Hello my name is Sadra I have been a Care Giver/Manager for the past 10 years. I started off caring for my grandmother who was 96 on to 99. I had no knowledge how to care for the elderly with Alzheimer and Dementia at the time. Now I have gained knowledge through training and experience with my current job. I work at an Assisted Living Community. Where we value the Quality of Life for our seniors. I'm the Lead Care Manager there but still hands on with my residents and helpful with my crew of Care Managers. On a daily I Assist my residents which is up to 15 seniors a day with showers, dressing, grooming, transferring, housekeeping, cognitive care, meal preparation/feeding, activities, and companionship. My CPR/FirstAid, Food Handlers, TB shots and Med Tech Certificate are all up to date. I Love my job but I'm looking for a more one on one care and flexible hours.
