About Sadie

I have been babysitting for about 6 years now, with an additional year's experience as a certified childcare worker at a group home and over a year as a youth support specialist. After that, I held a position as an assistant child care director with. I have completed numerous trainings regarding proper child care, such as strength-based perspectives, trauma informed care, behavior management, and social and emotional development in early childhood. I have worked with kids of all ages, toddlers to teens, and I have additional experience with babies. Working with those kids allowed me to grow and mature into a compassionate, responsible, patient, and understanding individual. It also allowed me to gain some experience working with children diagnosed with ASD and ADHD. I am CPR and First Aid certified through the Red Cross. I am fully vaccinated and boosted, and would love to the opportunity to work with your family!
